Children and Youngster’s Wellbeing Days
The 18th & 19th of December we had Children and Youngsters Wellbeing Days in our school. The days included lessons and workshops about, healthy lifestyle, stress, sleeping, healthy food, students’ strengths, relaxation and mindfulness etc. The students also had sportive workshops in the sportshall and some got the chance to try Pilates. Students also led sport breaks for other students in the middle of the day.
